Send push notifications you have opted into (lawful basis: consent)
Improve and secure the service (lawful basis: legitimate interest)
Comply with legal obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation)
Profile demographic fields (gender, age, profession, etc.) are entirely optional. They are used solely to power the analytics feature available to poll creators. You can skip or leave any field blank.
4. Data Sharing
We share your data only with the following trusted sub-processors:
Supabase (database, authentication) — servers located in the EU (Ireland, eu-west-1). Processes account data, profile data, and content.
Cloudflare R2 (media storage) — stores images and videos you upload to polls.
Google Firebase (push notifications) — receives your push notification token to deliver notifications.
Google and Apple (optional sign-in) — if you choose to sign in with them, they confirm your identity to us and receive the fact that you signed in to Votifo. We do not send them any other data.
Vercel (web hosting) — hosts the web version of Votifo.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising.
